Shipping Policy

  • Our preferred methods of shipping is through the United States Postal Service and UPS. Please understand, we have zero control over the shipping cost that are set by the postal service and do not make anything off of shipping costs. We will always do our best to make sure we are using the cheapest method.
  • We aim to have a 2 to 3 day turn around from time of order to ship your product out to you. 
  • Shipping options such as 1-day shipping and Overnight shipping are available to chose, however it is a highly rated cost even in the United States. Please contact us if you wish to use this option. 
  • If you would like to purchase online and but pick your order up in store to save on shipping, please choose the in store pick option at the checkout.
  • In the event you chose In Store Pickup by accident, let us know by e-mail or by the "Message Us" blue icon on our page and we will find the cheapest shipping option available. 

*Special Note related to Summer Shipping*

  • Summer can be a very rough season for shipping wax melts and we want to ensure that you are getting the product exactly as you ordered. To avoid any issues, any product that is order after Wednesday at 1:30 PM during the months of June through August, will be shipped out that following Monday.

Why do we do this?

  • We will ship out the following Monday to avoid any orders that may sit on a delivery truck over the weekend. If the order happens to sit inside of a truck, mixed with hot temperatures, the order could melt, become liquefied and be rendered nonburnable. By doing a delayed shipping, we hope we can avoid any issues and get you the product you expect from us.

      Return Policy

      • While we understand not everyone will be happy with every scent we have produced, we CANNOT offer a refund on a scent if the scent is not to your liking.
        • To try and avoid situations like this, we can ship a sample of the scent you would like to try with your order. Just let us know which scent you would like as a sample and we will bundle the sample with your order at no additional cost.
          • A sample scent can only be requested upon placing an order. We cannot ship a sample set alone. However one can be requested and picked up in our store.
      • We CAN offer a refund if the product is damaged during shipment or delivery. Please contact us promptly by e-mail with a picture of the product in question so we can file a claim with USPS and grant you a refund. 


      • Shimmering Wic will not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses of any kind due to your use of any product purchased from Shimmering Wic. Each of our wax melts also comes with a visible warning label.
      • We reserve the right to modify, alter or discontinue any policies and terms included herein at any time without notice.
      • Your purchase from Shimmering Wic acknowledges your acceptance of the aforementioned information and policies.
